I’ve delivered over 250 presentations on animal welfare issues internationally. I cover a wide range of animal welfare issues, as well as related topics such as professional career paths in animal welfare and advocacy.

My recent research interests include vegan companion animal diets, the impacts of the livestock sector on climate change and biodiversity loss, scientific and educational animal use and alternatives, human-animal violence and the intriguing case of Jack the Ripper, the animal welfare problems created by sow farrowing crates, injuries sustained by racing greyhounds, and others.
